Anna Silk

Anna Silk, born January 31st 1974 in Fredericton Brunswick Canada is an actress famous for her character Bo on the Showcase series Lost Girl. Silk was made at Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk was the child of Peter Silk, an academic as well as Peter Silk, who was an actor as well as a producer, director, writer, teacher, and director of drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. One of Anna's first memories are of attending rehearsals for plays and watching her mom perform. Silk was a part of a variety of commercials as a child. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Arts in 1997 from St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was involved in at least two productions in the theater's early days, such as Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk relocated from Toronto in the month of November 1999 to Los Angeles California to pursue her acting career. Seth Cooperman met Silk at an acting workshop in Los Angeles, in 2007. They were engaged the year 2009 and wed at a civil wedding ceremony in December of the same year. They renewed their vows on April 10th, 2011 in Fredericton, after the woman was converted to Judaism. Silk was blessed with a son named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13th 2013. Levi Aaron was her second born child on the 13th of May 2016. Silk was also nominated 2009 for Gemini Awards in her role in the role of Cassidy Holland. In 2009, she got the principal character role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant while filming of the third season finale episode. She announced the pregnancy to fans of the series during an episode of the Showcase pre-show Season Three special on January 6th, 2013. Silk announced on Twitter June 20th, 2013 that the show would return to the production. Fourth season began on June 4th 2013 by Showcase and Prodigy Pictures. CNN Cable News Network named Bo together with Lauren Zoie Palmer, as the couple with the same name on Lost Girl to be one of their top TV Couples ever. E! Magazine declared that they were the top TV Couples of 2013 Entertainment Television. Because of Silk's popularity Silk has earned a significant online following on social media.
